"Great book. Quick and easy read. I myself have been to St. Martin many times and the author captures the spirit of the "Friendly Island". All of the characters in the book will fit into someone each reader knows, and you will find yourself having a hard time putting the book down for want of knowing how things turn out. I'm also sure everyone will have someone who fills the picture of the main character Sandy.

"I must confess I don’t read much, but this book caught my eye for two reasons; I spent my honeymoon in St. Martin and have always wanted to return (sans the now ex-wife), and I have been a singer in bands for many years. The author was pretty adept at portraying the struggles of a musician, and the character Cindy made me laugh. Anyone in the business long enough will have a relationship like the one Jimmy has with his wife. The admiration for talent becomes mired in jealousy over the attention we receive while on stage, and mayhem ensues. I really liked the main character Sandy as well. She was the reason I read it from start to finish over the course of a day. A great summer read." - MJ58MS
